AMT Living Spaces is on a mission to change the way people live.
We don't do ordinary living, we create bespoke living spaces that are remarkably different. Our living accommodation provides reimagined, high quality and inspirational living spaces designed to offer our customers a unique environment to live, work and play.
If you are looking for ordinary then may we suggest you could be in the wrong place, however, if you are looking for inspirational, comfortable and design led living spaces then you've definitely come to the right place. Our design orientated approach results in the creation of exceptional people centric spaces combining the very latest in smart technology, superior facilities and comfortable inviting spaces.
Our co-living spaces offer unique, all-inclusive living accommodation for working professionals. Everything you need is included in the monthly bill including; rent, super fast internet, all utilities, taxes and communal cleaning. So you can do the living, and leave the rest to us.
Our self contained, single let living spaces consist of private apartments and houses. Just because you live in a self-contained space, doesn't mean you should have to settle for anything less than a high quality living experience. All of our self contained living accommodation is designed to offer exceptional, spacious and design orientated places to call home.

DESIGN
We produce highly bespoke living spaces which redefine standards in the co-living and single let market. Our properties are designed from the ground up with careful consideration given to the layout, structure, interior and exterior elements. The aesthetic quality of our living spaces are integral to our brand and mission of ensuring our living accommodation has a positive effect on our customers and their wellbeing.
We have six key design elements which are considered when developing our spaces. Our living spaces must be; Innovative, Functional, Aesthetically Pleasing, Intuitive and People Orientated. All these elements are typically considered very early on, at architectural design stage during our development planning. The result of this is exceptional, market leading living spaces, that are unique and offer our customers on opportunity to live differently.
